We spent the day discovering Xian's famous Yang rou pao mo, mutton soup, dish with a 3rd generation chef at Tong Sheng Xiang restaurant. That was delicious…even if I only got to taste the dish one sip at a time in takes. (I did finally get to eat a whole dish of my own)
At night we went to the Muslim walking street- famous for its shops and snack stands- to film some scenery shots.
It was a long day, but a fun day.
