Thirty7Ninety is an informative and educational online resource intended for photographers and other visual media creators, the photographic and visual media community, and people who live to, live for, and live on travel.
The articles and posts published here focus on developing and furthering knowledge, gaining insight, and raising awareness in the field of photography (visual media), and serve the interests of the traveler in each of us. The ideas here are global but the origin is local, coming out of Southeast Asia, mostly focusing on travel
in this region of the world; including China, and other smaller countries of Southeast Asia.
CS Owsley, a professional photographer/photojournalist, educator, and traveler, handles the entire publishing affair for Thirty7Ninety. That is, until he figures out a way to transform water into money, making it so abundant it would be useless to pursue. Then he could finally hire someone on to help with this.

Chad Stuart Owsley (CS Owsley) is a photographer and foreign expert lecturer on photography and photojournalism from the United States, working in Guangzhou, China. His photography has won awards in outdoor photography and nature photography. Now he focuses most of his personal projects on documentary photography, detailing contemporary Chinese culture. He’s also a tech geek, travel geek, outdoor geek, and always reading up on the latest new camera device, mobile device, travel gear, software, hardware, network trend, etc…. As a working photographer, he photographs on assignment for newspaper, magazine, and other clients. He also teaches at university in journalism and communication.
